"I just want to once again thank you for all that you have done to make a difficult time turn into a meaningful experience. We had the unveiling on Sunday. We had 23 people attending - read some poetry and shared some prayers. Then we unveiled the stone - it became a story as I explained the symbols embedded in that work of art. Everybody was amazed at its beauty. It really did unfold as I had hoped and that is what made a difficult emotional time turn into something so meaningful and healing. Please share these thoughts with your wonderful team - you have all been such a gift to us."

- Thank you, Dena

"Superior supplied my mom and dads grave marker and we were very pleased with it. I don't think there is anything you could have done better. Carl Dawson was so pleasant to work with. He is professional, precise and so helpful. He and his carver made many changes to the draft and always made me feel like it was absolutely no problem plus they both offered good suggestions. We have ended up with a very beautiful, unique grave marker. Thank you"

"Carl, the men did a truly amazing piece of art that will be looked upon for years to come. I had the whole family out and they were in awe of how the stone came out, the skill level shown and attention to detail throughout. Carol's mom and dad also haved seen it and said it is the most beautiful stone they have ever seen. I hope you can all realize how really meaningful something like this is and how it will ease the burden life has dealt us to some point. Please thank the gentlemen, my wife Carol would be so honoured to have a tribute like this, from Carol, myself and our boys, we appreciate their talents and your guidance through this difficult time."

The Firefighter Memorial is in memory of ten fallen firefighters who died in the line of duty. Their ten helmets are also bronzed and mounted. The sculpture done by Tim Schmalz depicts firefighters and Kitchener stations and the back is an aerial shot of the city. This new park is now a common gathering area.

Gone at such a young age, Alex was always remembered by family and friends as a lover of nature. Her loves of life were hiking, camping and most of all her daughter remembers and cherishes how her mother enjoyed the family canoe trips. The memorial and epitaph convey her love of nature, her oneness and sense of family as they are all symbolically together in one canoe.

When designing a tribute to Johnny, we began by learning about his many amazing accomplishments throughout his professional hockey career. After many discussions with his family and friends, it became clear that what he loved most was the camaraderie of "the boys" in the dressing room. So we decided on the concept of a personalized hockey stall with his Louisiana Ice Gators jersey and helmet sculpted in. The teddy bear represents his fiancee Doris, and his eight year old daughter, Kendall. His friends called him the best teammate ever, as carved on the bottom of the memorial. The epitaph in reference to Mardi Gras was Johnny's motto.

On one side of the stone are is nicknames, along with the names of his family members. The other side shows his incredible statistics, just like his hockey card. Lastly, his autograph is carved on the top of the jersey, as he did so many times.
